The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving advice on all the best things to see and do in Prague. The room was just what we needed for a short stay and the space was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. It is in a perfect location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the centre (so you can get a good night sleep) but close enough for a short walk to all the major tourist spots. The metro is very near too and really easy to get around for those that would prefer. There are some really nice restaurants and cafes nearby that are excellent value for money! Overall a perfect stay! Would recommend!

Location is great, the rooms are modern and have everything you need, beds are comfy. The curtains make the room completely dark so you can sleep well. The bathroom could use some more storage space for cosmetics, for example some shelf or a bigger sink. If you're booking in summer, be aware there's no AC, only a fan in the room.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The kitchen facilities of the room are adequate and handy. Bed is comfortable and clean and there is also a spacious terrace attached to our room. The location is very convenient with metro and tram stops right next to the hotel.

Great location, the number 22 tram stop is only 150m away in the square. This is the tram to take you to Old Town and the Castle so super convenient. Only 1km from train station and Bus 135 offers good access to the flat (stop is also 150m away).

The whole process for the check-in is perfect, everything can be done online, no need to wait at reception desk for checking in. Getting the keys is also very easy. The room is fully equipped with everything needed. Location is perfect, close to public transport and to the city center. Communication with the staff is very easy.
